These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dah888 ("dah888", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the dah888 website located at dah888.vip and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, crash games, and the dah888 cashier.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the dah888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the dah888 platform.

2.3 You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) to hold a player account on dah888.

2.4 By registering, you confirm that you are not on any self-exclusion list, that gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction to your personal knowledge, and that you are not acting on behalf of a third party.

3 Account Registration and Maintenance

3.1 Each player may hold only one registered account on dah888. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, dah888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number for OTP verification.

3.3 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. dah888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.4 You must notify dah888 support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.5 dah888 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that these Terms have been breached.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on dah888 are conducted in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.2 dah888 supports the following payment methods for BDT transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used to make the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

4.4 Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the dah888 KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or Passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be held until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4.5 Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing times of 10–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days. dah888 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.6 dah888 does not charge platform fees on BDT withdrawals via mobile wallet. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.7 dah888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if it has reason to conduct enhanced due diligence on a transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 dah888 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.

5.3 A player may only claim each bonus offer once unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring offer. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture.

5.4 dah888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

5.5 dah888 reserves the right to void bets and reclaim bonus funds where it believes a player has abused a promotion, engaged in bonus hunting, or structured play in a manner designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

6.1 All game outcomes on dah888 are determined by certified random number generation from the Platform's provider partners. dah888 does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes outside the published return-to-player percentages applicable to each game.

6.2 The use of automated betting software, bots, macros, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6.3 Collusion between players — including coordinated betting strategies designed to reduce variance at the expense of the platform — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.

6.4 Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mechanics to achieve outcomes or payouts that would not occur under normal play conditions is prohibited. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug may be voided at dah888's discretion.

6.5 dah888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a technical fault, incorrect odds, or a data feed error. Where bets are voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.6 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in dah888's server logs shall be the definitive record and will take precedence over any display shown in the player's browser.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 dah888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and cooling-off periods through their account settings or by contacting support.

7.2 Players who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. 10 Intellectual Property

11.2 dah888 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if dah888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 dah888's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits dah888's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence.

12 Termination and Account Closure

12.1 You may close your dah888 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

12.2 dah888 reserves the right to terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it determines that these Terms have been violated or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or applicable compliance obligations.

12.3 Upon termination for breach, dah888 may forfeit bonus balances and any winnings derived primarily from bonus funds. Real-money deposits will be returned subject to the completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification requirements.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dah888 Platform shall first be submitted to dah888's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.2 Your continued use of the dah888 Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
